Mission
The Solutions Specialist is responsible for solving our clients' ecommerce problems and challenges with smart creative solutions. Additionally, to communicate effectively and efficiently at all times, keeping the wider team informed on progress and seeing each task through to resolution. The Solutions Specialist will work closely with Project Managers, Solutions Architects, Developers and Designers to achieve the business goals.
Role & Responsibilities
- Your primary responsibility is to find solutions to our clients problems, questions and requests
- Become a reliable technical support for our clients; helping our team to solve challenges
- Ensure that all support issues are dealt with within our target SLA
- Assist the team in transcribing client requirements into our project management system (Asana) in a clear and concise manner
- Assist the support team in carrying out monthly checks to ensure that all sites are optimised; proactively resolving any issues that arise
- Own our QA and testing processes: creating and outlining test plans and scenarios, undertaking rigorous cross-browser, cross-device and performance testing
- Assisting the team on projects, undertaking technical configuration, QA and testing
- Assist the team in identifying additional business services to help us deliver a proactive service to clients, for example user journey monitoring
- Expand and improve your personal knowledge and experience during your time with us

- Ecommerce Knowledge: Has a good understanding of ecommerce and online retail. Experience specifically with Magento, Shopware, BigCommerce and Shopify, or similar ecommerce platform, would be beneficial
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of HTML/CSS & Google Environments (GA, GTM, GSC) is a plus
Salary and Benefits
Starting Salary: £40k
We undertake regular performance reviews and salaries are reviewed annually based on performance.
